Workshops

Joanne Jowell, together with Clinical Psychologist Dr Aneta Shaw, is facilitating Quarterlife workshops in South Africa.

This unique one-day seminar helps participants sort through the chaos of Quarterlife. It takes you through a creative and productive process that helps you to:

  • get to know yourself better so that you can make better decisions
  • clarify your values and priorities, and factor them into your decisions
  • identify the obstacles in your path
  • plan your next steps and craft a future that works for you.

The social aspect of the workshops is essential. Workshops provide a fun and interactive space in which you can meet others who are going through similar issues, make new friends, and feel supported. Voluntary follow-up meetings ensure that you continue the good work that you initiate in the workshop, and maintain the contacts and connections you make during the day.

If you are interested in the Quarterlife Workshops, please contact Joanne directly on +27 21 434 3488 or jojowell@iafrica.com.
